Bookings and payments
Event, session and workshop bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing and any required payment is received. Original artwork is sold through our checkout and remains the property of the studio until paid in full.
Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed with each booking. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
Programs and services
Educational programs are delivered as described at the time of enrolment. Participation, implementation and results remain your responsibility.
